You Are Not An Imposter
It should be obvious, but it doesn’t always feel that way.
Let’s face it, we often find ourselves with people that are, in some way or another, just… more… than we are.
Should you just “fake it ‘til you make it?”
Absolutely not.
Recently, the Washington Post quoted author and consumer advocate Robert L. FitzPatrick about that line:
“It’s inherently manipulative, deceptive, fraudulent, inauthentic, it’s just entered the culture, and it’s completely normalized.”
Please. Don’t fake it at all. That’s what an imposter does.
Instead:
Be it and you’ll see it.
Be it.
And you’ll see it.
Maybe not right away.
But soon.
Because it’s true.
You are the real thing. You worked hard to become that way.
You own your origin story and your superpowers.
What do you think?
See you tomorrow!
