I’m just a few days back from an astounding four-country, two-continent trip that brought me to Dublin, Ireland, where I got to co-present a tribute to one of my greatest professional mentors and role models, H. Keith Hunt.

This was part of this year’s conference on Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction and Complaining Behavior, organized by Newell Wright of North Dakota State University.

And big thanks and a ton of credit to my research partner, Laura Egan of the University of North Dakota.

Thank you Dominican University for helping me get there.

Thanks too to all my old friends and new friends. See you next year.

Time to shake off the jet lag and get to work on our next project.
