Somebody got there before you. Or there was one piece left and someone grabbed it before you could.

So learn from this.

How did somebody get past you?

How did an opportunity slip away?

What did they do this time that you might do better next time?  

And what mistakes do they make that  you can learn from?

Like they say, the second mouse gets the cheese.

There are a lot of opportunities. There are also barriers, and yes, there is still a lot of work to do, yet many barriers are falling. And some of those barriers, you might have put them there yourself.

Get up and try again.
