It’s still work
They say if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.
Hmm.
I love what I do but it’s still work.
When you work for someone else… a boss, clients, stakeholders, students… and have accountability and objectives and deadlines, it’s still work. There’s still effort and exertion involved.
But if there’s a good match between what you love and the work you do, it’s all sooo much better.
Solving problems. Generating ideas. Satisfying customers. Helping people improve. Making lives better.
Happy customers. Inspiring leaders. Partners on the same wavelength. A voice that’s heard.
Yeah, it’s still work and work can be fun.
