I am a marketing teacher and consumer researcher.

My passions include exploration of consumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, consumer grudgeholding, and guerrilla consumer behavior as well as client-based, interactive approaches to teaching.

Entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profit organizations from Chicago and the suburbs have come into my classroom and worked with my students and me, seeking guidance and recommendations regarding strategy and tactics, marketing research, brainstorming, branding, new product introduction, event management, and recruiting.

I have taught a variety of marketing courses, including marketing strategy, marketing research, international marketing, consumer behavior, and advertising at the MBA and undergraduate levels.
